This place is fairly clean and ideally located near the railway, with a peaceful setting, a conservatory overlooking the garden and wandering ducks, and a view of the train line.

Stayed in a charming wooden cabin with en-suite and kitchenette. Superb and friendly greeting upon arrival. Lovely garden to relax in.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Location was great as it was accessible via hourly buses and very near the train line with no train noises at night. Parking was well marked and the hotel facilities were exceptional, especially the spotlessly clean newly installed bathroom with contemporary fittings. The owner was very welcoming and provided excellent orientation and the self-managed light breakfast was quite nice.

I stayed at West View Lodge for one night and it was the perfect recharge between two busy days. The facilities were great, especially considering the price. The location, just off the M3 motorway, was convenient yet had a peaceful rural feel. The room was comfortable with plenty of storage and a lovely big shower. I could even leave my window open all night without being disturbed. The little freebies like tea and coffee made a big difference. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at West View Lodge for a work trip to Bcott and couldn't rate it any higher. The cabin I stayed in was superb and the greeting was very friendly. The location was convenient for the M3 and had a lovely rural feel. The room was comfortable and had plenty of storage. The big shower had great water pressure. I enjoyed sitting in the lovely garden watching the ducks with my morning cuppa. It was a perfect recharge between busy days.

Would highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the fact that the hotel offered a self-catering option and had free tea and coffee available. The location was great too, very close to the motorway and easy to find. The best thing was that the staff was really friendly and helpful, they really made our stay comfortable.

The room we stayed in was quite small and didn't have enough space for our luggage. Also, there was a lot of noise from the road outside which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. I wouldn't recommend staying here for a special occasion like New Year's Eve.
